I came here with my family recently, despite it has been raining quite a lot the experience overall has been really great, there are plenty of activities indoor and outdoor. The team is very welcoming, at the restaurant they tried to accommodate promptly any food request I had (I'm lactose intolerant and overall I avoid eating meat). The menu is focused on kids but everyday there is something that is more oriented to the taste of the grown up. The unlimited approach (eat and drink all day long anything you like) makes staying fit very difficult, thanks God the daily climbing activities help a lot mitigate the extra calories. The environment is really friendly, every kid makes friends very quickly. Bikes are everywhere for any kid to jump on and ride around the entire place, there's no time to get bored, every hour more than one activity is starting, the kinderbetreung is running 7 hours per day so if you want to spend some time in the sauna while your daughter is busy that's a perfect matching opportunity. If you have kids below 3 years there are diapers of any size in any toilet for you to clean them up without having to Carry your personal stuff with you. If I really have to say something that could be improved from my personal point of view (an Italian guy living in austria) I miss a bit of music in the evening so to have some more bonding between adults, otherwise this place is really worth what you pay, I do recommend it and most likely I'll come back next year!

Such a great place for children. Lots of different zones to play in and new activities every day. The food is great and the rooms are also clean and spacious.
A lot of options for kids, from minuses older rooms and no changing rooms in the swimming pool. If you are located not in the main building, it's a long way under the rain in the bath robe to get swimming...
Perfect place to spend some Time off with kids. Stunning landscape
Highly reccomend. Great family hotel, excellent fun for children. Near a ski area (10 mins drive) that is suited to confident intermediates (not beginners- v. v. Small nursery slope). There is a shuttle to the ski area if you dont have a car. Applehof hotel itself has a good set of facilities for children to learnt to ski and lovely ski teachers. Easy to spend a week here. Comfortable, friendly and great fun.
