Best tartare in town. Recommended

Certainly one of the best tartare of Neuchâtel. It is not cheap, but the offer is very large (15) and the portion generous. It is accompanied with some well cooked small potatoes and a very tasty butter for your toast. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the place itself is pretty cool. My only criticism would be that the bottom room can get noisy when it is full, but it's part of the charm ;)

Great restaurant right next to the castle. They specialize in beef tartare but my wife and I had a veggie burger and it was delicious. Deserts were awesome as well. I would definitely eat here again.

We had beef tartare du mois and tartare de dorade, both of them were too elaborated, the flavor of the beef and fish were overwhelmed by the other flavors, a pity. Service was fine and attentive, price correct.

For sure, the best place for hamburgers and tartares in Neuchatel. I rarely rate 5 stars ant restaurant. You can find many kinds of tartares, including fish, 3-4 types of burgers, a good selection of wines (also served by single glasses), craft beers (like the currently popular Dr Gabs). A complimentary \amouse bouche\ may be offered as well. The friendliness, politeness, preparation and - admittedly - \prettiness\ of the staff complete the picture :)
