It is the worst agency ever ! Oh how we wished we googled them before taking the apartment. All of these bad reviews people gave, they are totally right. So our fridge and one of the cooking plate did not work right from the start and they said they will fix it (that was in the beginning of December). We have been calling every day since then, they made us contact the provider/manufacturer (which should not be our job but we were desperate), they promised they will fix it but it has been 3 months now, and also they stopped picking up the phone. So here we are without a fridge. Unfortunately, this is not the only problem. The concierge is not doing her job right: she is always unavailable when you need something (heard from the neighbor she does this a lot, what is she paid for then?), when there is an issue with the washing machine she does not care at all, there is a thief who comes and steal our packages but she does not care either. Oh my god ! We were so suprised because we have dealed with great agencies before: people who really cares that you are doing good in your new appartment and with top services, and this Domicim really is not it. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, if you ever have something broken YOU WILL NOT GET IT FIXED. We are already thinking about moving out.

We contacted them many times saying that there radiators in our apartment don't work. We wrote two emails and called them 3 times, every time they said they will solve it, but even after more than one month we don't have any answer from them!!! They don't take any action even for urgent problems!!! Our rent includes the cost for the heating as well but they just don't care. So there is no heat in our apartment and outside there are 3 degrees!!!!
Avoid if possible. They claimed my dossier was submitted after another, even if the current tenant was advised otherwise. I suspect they preferred someone else with a permanent resident permit even though this practice is illegal. The agent showed up half an hour late for a viewing and was pretty rude. Stay away if you can.

Abus dans les délais de décompte de chauffage. Factures reçues entre 2019 et 2020 pour un appartement quitté en 2015. Agence fortement déconseillée.
Gérante madame Stauffer jamais disponible, ne répond au e-mails! Changent les horaires de lessive de l immeuble où j habite sans aviser les locataires ni en demandant quand serait les meilleurs jours disponibles aux locataires. Au téléphone avec secrétaire répondant que c est à cause d abus que n arrivent à préciser, ne trouvant ni voulant rien faire à trouver une solution, en répondant si on est pas contents de partir!
