The medical personnel I spoke to regarding my son’s condition was very professional and friendly. I did not speak French but she had no problem speaking fluently in English and understanding everything I explained and gave us an appointment for that very afternoon for my son to be checked by a paediatric in the hospital.

Merci à l'équipe des urgences ce dimanche 14 février : une infirmière efficace et prévenante à l'accueil, la prise en charge par un médecin dont je n'ai retenu que le prénom Philippine compétente, à l'écoute et positive et deux assistantes pour l'orthophédie et moyens auxiliaires pleine de bonne sens. Je me suis sentie entourée et prise en charge médicalement. Au top. Merci

Les urgences doivent être absolument réorganisées, une vrai catastrophe.... Sinon, le département médecine 4, neurologie, mérite des éloges, de même que la restauration avec repas variés et excellents. À suivre.....

Attention. Je vous déconseille cet hôpital et encore plus ses urgences si vous souhaitez obtenir une vraie aide. Je viens déjà pour une problème de santé où c'est compliqué pour moi d'en parler avec quelqu'un que je ne connais pas et je tombe sur des médecins incompétents, qui ne cherchent ni à m'aider ni à comprendre et dont un, en plus de ça, est à la limite du respect avec ses remarques. Certes les médecins sont respectables et méritants mais je ne vois pas en quoi ça permet ce genre d'abus.
