So special place with history and charms. Great architecture and very Cousy rooms

Hey There

We were there for an apéro followed by the diner gastronomique. The food was excellent and its presentation the best of all fine dining places I have visited so far. Not for small budgets of course but but the prices are well deserved given the high quality delivered by the cooking and serving staff. I like the cachet of the place, located in the shades of a small wood and immediately next to a small river. I wonder how it feels staying there overnight.

The hotel is stunning, housed in an old water mill. The water flowing outside is quite loud but it didnt keep me awake. Food is really good, however expensive. Would stay here again.

Used to be a good place. Now too "experimental" cuisine. Not bad, but overrated and way too expensive.

Amazing food!! Had a great eve with my wife, we bitb choose for the tasting menu with matching wines. Had a great evening, very pleasant service and the chef even passed by our table. I was especially.inpressed with the deer-burger which had this very haute-cuisine style, bit still this kinda greasy burger 'taste' to it. Very special. Also very pricey (think of 3* Michelin), but the price is normal for Swiss standards I guess. 5 stars for food, but 4 Stars for the price
