I bought my skis on Thursday and they only sent to the carrier on monday. On the company's website speaks in 4 days for delivery and for this reason I bought it. It took two business days for the XSPO to ship the order. I had already warned them that I had short time in Italy, because I would travel back to my country. Now they reply to me by email saying that they are not responsible if there is a delay, but this is not said when you buy. Two business days after the purchase, the skis has not yet arrived at the carrier! They also told me over the phone that I could not cancel the order, if there is a delay. They could have shipped the order faster, could have contacted the carrier to ask for attention on this delivery. Anyway, if the skis don't arrive by Friday, I will lose the skis, because I will have already returned to my country. Im very worried and sad. Order number 374872 from 01/09/2020 XSPO's answer is not true, unfortunately. I personally called on Thursday itself and was informed that the skis would arrive today, Tuesday. I was also informed that it would be 4 days for delivery. It turns out that XSPO took TWO BUSINESS DAYS to ship the order, KNOWING I WAS IN A HURRY, because I live in South America. Unfortunately, the company's right of reply is being used to confuse and mislead potential future buyers. XSPO has not acted with respect and consideration that every consumer deserves and its false answer outrages the truth! Sad.

Disappointing. Don't place an order from the Netherlands! If you want to sent an item back to the webshop, you pay the cost of the return yourself.

XSPO hat sich nach dem Defekt einer Jacke für mich beim Hersteller für eine Ersatzlieferung eingesetzt. Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Kundensupport. Ersatzlieferung innert kurzer Zeit.
Super! Habe ein paar Alpin-Ski bestellt und in die Schweiz liefern lassen. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Verzollungs-Kosten an. Versand je nach Höhe des Einkaufsbetrages auch gratis. Die Preise sind vergleichsweise zu CH-Angeboten unschlagbar. Lieferung schnell mit top Sendeverlauf. Einfach Super und empfehlenswert. Immer wieder! :-)
