Ive been here to service my car while being on the road through Germany. The staff was friendly, multilingual and very helpful. There was hardly any time wasted and our problems were taken care of professionally, faster than we expected. 5
In transit trough Germany we were blessed with a flat tyre, punctured by a nail or something. BMW 24/7 Assistance and ADAC weren't any help, so we demanded to be towed to Partl, given its good reviews. We were warmly welcomed after a night in the car at the raststätte with coffee and restroom. With some creative thinking they helped us out within half an our with a permanent solution. Excellent service!
