I bought a Focus ST from Spain and came to Automobile Kölbl to pick it up and drive it back to Spain. The description of the vehicle was exactly as Automobile Kölbl specified. I had a great support from the seller, Sebastian Bokor. He answered quickly to all my doubts and enquiries and provided such a high level of confidence that I had no doubt in buying this car at Automobile Kölbl. After buying the car, Sebastian kept using his great friendliness helping me with the registration of the car. Having such a competent people like Sebastian provides great added value to Automobile Kölbl. I absolutely recommend consider this dealer when looking for a Ford.
Achtung! Beschädigt neue 2018 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 Cabrio automatic in white. FIN: 1FATP8FF3J5136894 The car has structure damaged rear trunk cover. It cannot be painted. It has to be changed! We signed Kolbl's contract (which is written in hand and rewritten!!!) for this car, we paid the car and the seller told us that everything is okay about the car. When we came with transport (cca 720km together) we found out the car is damaged. They tried to repair it and they damaged it even more. We had to come 2x with personal car and 1x with big transport car. Arrogant owner laughed to our faces when we told him the price for the transport is about 1000 (we sent them invoice). We got compensation 250. The owner told us it can be just painted and we should do that by our own (he does not know anything about repairs). So be careful if you want to buy this car. We had to wait for this answer there for more than 4 hours. We wanted to buy car for 53 000 so we wanted also new rear trunk cover - is that a problem? The last arrogant answer from the seller was and I quote: '' I dont care about it and I dont wanna hear about it''.. To sum up: 1) unprofessionality 2) arrogant owner and seller - ''cause they dont care about it'' 3) unskilled repairs
Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt. Kauf via Telefon bzw. Mail. Alle Vereinbarungen wurden eingehalten. Das Fahrzeug war genau so wie beschrieben. Dieses Autohaus kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Super Ford Händler, von der Angebotsanfrage über die Bestellung bis zur Abholung des Neuen hat alles so funktioniert wie wir es gewohnt waren. Da können sich andere Autohäuser eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden. Mein Fazit-Jeder Zeit gern wieder. Da hat sich die etwas weitere Anfahrt voll und ganz gelohnt. Als Service wird man vom Verkäufer vom Bahnhof abgeholt.
In allen Belangen mehr als vorbildlich! Ich kann dieses Autohaus nur weiterempfehlen. Würde dort immer wieder ein Auto kaufen.
