Standard Decathlon
This place is like a Dick's Sporting goods and REI from the USA combined. If you're having a hard time finding some sporting gear or camping gear, chances are good that its here. I know this is Germany and there is no such thing as "customer service," but it's really bad here. The greeter at least said "hallo" to me when I walked in. I guess that's his job, though. I walked around the bikes aisle trying to find the folding bikes. I walked past the same three bike staff people and they didn't offer to help, let alone look at me. I found the folding bikes, but the model I had was out of stock. Instead of trying to get one of the staff to help me, I just checked the inventory on the Decathalon's web site.
