Absolutely horrendous. Don’t know how they’re in business. First they contact me saying they can’t find my address. Type it into google maps and it pops right up. So I explain where I live and ask if they are sure they can deliver to me. They say yes. Then a day later, delivery was attempted but apparently I wasn’t home. I was, no knock or note on my door. I called customer service, apparently nobody speaks English. So I sent the company an email. Haven’t heard back. Then the weekend rolls around and today it says out for delivery again. I checked the tracking a bit later to see that it says it was “delivered.” Again, no knock, no note, and no package. So where is my stuff? Checked everywhere outside my door, it’s not here. I sent another email to corporate and I’ll be sending more until I either get my package or get my money back. So unprofessional.

got notice of missed package on 08MAY20. I filled out the notice to have my package left at my front door . GLS never returned to drop my package off. when I check GLS website to see where my package is using the tracking number, it states \delivery attempted\and that they cosignee is not available, on Monday, 11 May2020 at 1812. I was at home at 1730 on 11 May2020. I spent that Tuesday at home from work waiting for this package, no delivery was attempted and GLS never showed. my package has been with GLS since 08MAY2020 and I still have not recieved it but they are reporting that they come by everyday. I have called this company numerous times with no fix. what is really going on with this company.

the worst delivery company in the world. tried two terms and even though I both waited all day at the address so I wrote that I was on holiday. when I called there so I told them he did not understand English, so I wanted to talk to someone who speaks English, no one and so ended my call. when I entered the manager so they told me that he could not talk to me because he could not speak English either. I asked how the director of such a company can not speak one of the world's major languages. answer: do not know ... catastrophe, catastrophe, catastrophe Never more with this company. I will also send a complaint to this company.
They don't even try to deliver the parcel. Directly said that the address is incorrect when is alright
