The breakfast was the same every day and very boring. The waitress was very impolite in the morning. As we asked for a third can coffee (we were six of us altogether) she told us "I have already bought two for you!". The evening waitresses were polite and kind. The afternoon cookies were tasty. The dinner dishes were fine.

This hotel is absolutely catastrophic considering it's 4-star rating: There is basically no internet in many places in the hotel, including our room. There are two separate mattresses on the bed even though we double checked with them and made sure we wanted a double room. The walls are paper thin, I can hear the neighbours talking quietly. The receptionist was extremely rude, turned away while we were talking and didn't look back. The breakfast is the same every morning and there isn't a huge selection. The soap was really bad and ran out (they didn't refill it). The toilet paper also ran out because during cleaning they didn't refill it. The room was dirty, there were dead insects there when we arrived. Those insects were never removed throughout our stay. It is nice of them to offer free water during dinner. The rooms were spacious.
One of us had to sleep on the floor because they messed up our booking but the hotel staff didn’t care. In fact they were outright rude to us and we didn’t feel welcome here. Breakfast was mediocre, WiFi didn’t work, the place was kinda falling apart and dirty.
I have had an issue with the payment and the receptionist did its best to help me quickly fix it. I recommend this great hotel and its very friendly personnel!
