A year ago my partner and I applied for a prospective marriage visa to Australia through Aspire Australia. It was difficult to communicate and work with them. Documents that they prepared were full of mistake and it took 83 days for Aspire Australia to prepare the application. We ended up leaving them. After we left we filled the forms ourselves and applied in two weeks. We were shocked as it took 5 times to prepare one document. On one occasion the document came back with new mistakes. They wasted our money requesting us to translate/pay for three pages but only one page was needed to be translated. After months of hassle we left them. The last mistake they did was misspell the name of my partner on a translated document. They forgot my partners name after months of doing her application. The communication was abysmal, after I repeated questions that my partner asked because they did not respond to her. They requested that I not ask question about my partner issues. Make sure you know who is your migration agent we got someone who worked in a different state. I would not advise anyone that needs to prepare partner visa go here.
