Beautiful, quality handmade products. I love shopping here and look for any excuse to do so. For myself, friends or family, there is always something perfectly appropriate, to fit whatever budget I need to cater for. The range of products available is fabulous. A stand out piece or a small thank you gift, the lovely sales staff are always willing and able to guide you. I have enjoyed being a regular customer of Carolina for many years now and love the way they are growing without forgetting about their local, loyal customers. Love being able to buy online and online in store if my size isn’t there (then they deliver for free! ). Recommend all their stores for a great customer experience.
I just love all of the Carolina products! The leather bags are gorgeous and make lovely gifts for friends coming in luxury packaging. I have many of the silky tops and the quality is amazing.
I usually go into this store and they are lovely. Lack of service and greeting. Except the blonde sales assistant saw me touching things and was rude abrupt and told me to use hand sanitiser. I genuinely didn’t see it at the door but that does not me I should be spoken to in a degrading rude and racist tone. Disgusting behaviour I don’t see them talking to anyone of Caucasian background in that manner.
I had a lovely experience shopping at the Neutral Bay store. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the store was immaculate. I love the Carolina style and I always find a trendy gift for a friend. One of my favourite places to shop!
Carolina is a fabulous ''go-to'' shop for great presents for friends, family & of course, yourself ;) Always something a bit different & a really good rewards program which keeps me coming back in the door :) I've bought gifts for girlfriends, parents, new babies, and myself. Thanks so much!
