The property was prepared for sale efficiently and marketed effectively, and the sale was secured pre-auction with skill, care and diligence. We felt like we were in excellent hands.

Our tenancy went well until it came to the end of our tenancy. We still don't have our bond refund 2 weeks after vacating. They failed to send us a bond refund form and failed to return our phone calls regarding the matter. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this situation including speaking with Fair Trading (after waiting on phone for over 1 hr). I am now required to send our driver's licences and fill out another form to get the refund. This whole situation could have been avoided had they just done their job properly or bothered to call me. I'm very unhappy and I would not recommend renting through this agency.
