Nic took charge and brought my tired 1990's beach house into a beautifully comfortable home by the water that has seen a massive turnaround in clientele and occupancy with glowing reports by holiday tenants. A total transformation of colour, décor and feel. Nic's knowledge of product and suppliers astonished me - its really quite incredible what we achieved for the budget. It is such a delight to stay there and feel the quality and comfort of an old house transformed.
