I enjoyed the most magical morning at LAB, stunning rooms, great service, I felt pampered and special. The staff were amazing, world class equipment, the therapist knew her industry and technique well, was informative but not pushy - I definitely left with glowing healthier skin, I felt inspired and well informed about my skin and ways to improve it. I can’t wait for my next appointment. For an extra special event with girlfriends I recommend enjoying the VIP room!! It was a wonderful experience. Thank you LAB️

I am really impressed with the level of expertise and genuine care at L.A.B Skin Clinic. I had a relaxing facial cleanse and Omnilux treatment and in one session my face already feels smoother and redness I’ve had for years has diminished. I highly recommend this salon.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who would like to improve their skin. Very professional, latest technology and products that work. I have been a customer for a number of years. I visited a lot of local clinics until I discovered this one. Straight away I got genuine service from staff who are very knowledgeable about the science of skin care (and anti aging!) I have recently embarked on a more intensive program and the anti aging results are far more that what I believed would be possible.
From the conversation over the phone with Lesley to the treatment from Dina, the whole experience was fantastic. Dina is exceptionally knowledgeable and very good. She altered the massage to suit my needs after a thorough consultation. It was a great experience.
My daughters treated me to 3 sessions of treatment at L.A.B Skin Clinic. The best gift ever! Lesley was so kind and professional. All her staff were just amazing, made me feel relaxed and special (not old at all) My skin has never felt so clean and glowing. On the day of my last treatment Lesley suggested I have eyebrows and lashes tinted. The difference it has made is incredible. I have never ever felt so pampered in my life, such a treat. I am a local resident and I would recommend the Clinic to everyone young and old.

THANK YOU lovely Lesley (or Queen Lesley as I prefer to call her) and your terrific team for your genuine warmth, sincere and realistic observations of my skin and telling me what's really going to work (minus the fluff), and for making me feel so comfortable. I love how you and your girls always offer a warm welcome with a lovely smile, a glass of water and/or delicious warm tea served in the finest china. UPDATE: I’m not a client and never would be after the way I was treated on the phone. I write reviews based on my experiences either in person or on the phone and I have been to all of the businesses with exception to yours. And trust me, I won’t be visiting ever. Quit wasting time with your lengthy replies and focus on working on your customer service. And for the record, I give ratings based on what a business deserves... whether that’s five stars or a measly one. That’s what ratings and reviews are for, so a business can learn and improve. 5 stars are earned, not just handed out for mediocrity. Condescending approach to customers. When asking for a price they say they don’t give them out over the phone and refer you to a Laser Clinic chain. 50 or 500, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. Who even does that before answering the question? Great business tactic, let me tell you... ha! (Repulsing) You should be able to give a range and not be so demeaning. I was really looking forward to buying a series close to home but now, no thanks. Looks like I’ll be heading back to a my other aesthetician in Double Bay.
