Where do I start with this place?! I arrived at 8:05am (5 mins after opening) and the lady who was collecting the blood samples was so slow getting through everyone that I was sitting in the waiting room for nearly 1.5 hours.. Then when it came to actually collecting my blood, she made a complete mess of it! I have very visible, easy to work with veins, yet somehow she managed to make a huge painful mess, missing the vein and causing terrible bruising/bleeding (I’ve literally never had that happen before). Then to top things off, 1 week after having my blood drawn my doctor still hadn’t received my results, and Laverty Pathology finally contacted me to let me know that there had been an error in collecting my blood, and I now had to go to Laverty Pathology Brookvale!! To get my blood redrawn... absolutely livid!! What a waste of time!

I’ve had to have many blood tests taken the past 2 years and have always come here. The ladies who work here have always been friendly and taking my blood was never painful or problematic. They are situated on level one, over Chemist Warehouse.
