So happy with my experience, walked in on a Sunday they fixed my iPhone screen in 15 mins on the spot and it was so much more reasonable than all the other places I got quotes from. Would definitely use their services again!
Was absolutely thrilled that I walked in late afternoon on a Sunday and I was greeted in a a warm and friendly way. The two staff members fixed my broken screen on my phone in 15 minutes and charged a really good price. The shop itself is decorated beautifully. I’d highly recommend this business to anybody in the area

The worst experience I've ever had. I wasted my time and money. If what you want to repair is more important to you, should not come here. I ordered repairs for the three iPads used in our business and agreed to bring them one by one. But there was a problem every time. I have evidence in all of the following: 1. The iPad I deposited was returned without being completely repaired. When I brought it again, I was told that it would cost me repairs again. They are unaware of it during the repair or when the first repair is over. I had no choice to go to the store again. It wasn't a professional job. 2. They told me that they would contact me when the repairs were completed, and they had never contact me every time. And even if I contacted them by phone or SMS, I couldn't get in touch for up to 3 months. I had no choice, I went to the store between work to get my iPad back, but I was told I couldn't get it back because it wasn't over. They left the customer's personal belongings for three months and did nothing. 3. They lost my personal information twice. (They told me “that’s why we didn’t contact you”. But they didn't contact me even when they kept my contacts details.)
I contacted them via their web form, as it was already after hours so didn't want to call. No response for more than a week. Decided to call, described the issue and offered I'd send a picture of the broken device (couldn't bring it in person just to obtain a quote due to the nature of the issue). Sent the picture and device model on 4 December 2020. Today is 20 December and haven't heard back re: quote.
