One of the staff, possibly the owner, has quite a rude demeanour. She responds to your query in an exasperated, frustrated tone, and I overheard her talking to another staff member in this way. I don't know what people like that are doing working in such places where customers are constantly flowing in and out. In any case, the other staff members were friendly and attentive, and the selection was great--the store definitely has a nice range.

I come here often as I love the butcher in the mall This a great store but the owner is always rude and unaccomodating each time I come in she is either annoyed at another customer or me if you ask a question is is like you have put her out or are offending her I was just there and she was rude to a dear lady who questioned the price she needs to leave the serving to her lovely staff all who are wonderful
Over priced and unhelpful store. Very disapointing.
