Did not feel I was treated with respect by the front staff. No smiles, were rushed, bad vibes, billed me incorrectly, and gave the wrong mailing address to the lab. I was billed for a "long appointment" after I was seen for less than 10 mins. On top of that, both times I had been there, I was not seen until minimum of 20 minutes after my appointment start time. I've changed my doctor since and am quite pleased that I did. The only reason I am posting is to give the clinic some feedback and hopefully save some people from the experience I had about a year ago.

Not impressed, i went here specifically as i had a travel immunisation/ heath query. The doctor was unable to properly assist and it felt like a waste of time and money. I didnt find reception staff to be very friendly. Ive since found another local practice thst im much happier with

If I could give 0 or minus points that’s what I would do. If you value your health - DO NOT COME HERE! The reception working afternoon on Wednesday 11 March, her name starting with Ja.. she has an accent, she is terrible! Too busy to assist and awfully rude. She would not even bother to check with doctor and argued with my mother and wouldn’t let her see the doctor! At this point my mother had heart palpitations and has been admitted to hospital. I will be taking this further with Neutral Bay medical practice. Your service & treatment of patients is DISGUSTING!

I took my 6 week old son here and couldn't fault the care, attention to detail and kindness of the doctor, nurse and reception staff. Our Appointment was on time and thorough. Staff didn't seem stressed, under pressure or preoccupied with other things; and were just genuinely pleasant people. We'll be glad to call this our family GP from now on. Note: there is a lift to the first floor, could be better sign posted but it is there to use!
