The team at Nucleus( Tanya,Alicia,Gemma,Liz) are amazing!!!!!!!!! They have helped me a lot from the initial stages of finding and securing good sponsor and then eventually guiding me to permanent residency in Australia!!!!!! They truly take care of you, for them you are just not a client, once you are in their good hands you become part of the nucleus family. They help you from obtaining all trivial documents to very important documents, skills assessment, language tests, clearances and what not, but they are so patient that they make sure you get help in securing them and thus your application at the department of immigration sails through without any hassles. Immigration is complex but the team at Nucleus make it easy as!!!!! All I can say is a big thank you and words cannot explain your professionalism only you will experience it at Nucleus. I was in Melbourne for 4.5 years and heard of good reviews about this company about 3 years ago through my friend. Last year, when the pandemic hit Melbourne and when it's hard there to find a job and since my visa was about to expire within 3 months, it was more urgent and stressful for an immigrant like me. I one time heard of Nucleus again through another friend and I contacted them on Monday to consult about my case and sent them all papers requested, on Thursday I already got confirmation of a set day for my interview. They prepared all the tips for a successful interview for their client even and that was so careful of them. I got a sponsorship for 482 visa (my visa was granted 2.5 months after lodged) on Sunday and was ready to book a flight to Mackay on Thursday the week after. They even prepared papers for my border pass and called sometimes during my exchange to make sure I was personally alright during quarantine period. Jemma even introduced me a friend who is her client here in Mackay to help me through in case I need. They still sometimes call me after settle down in Mackay to make sure I'm good with everything. I didn't expect those experiences from a migration agency but they are more than just paperworks people. Everything was very quick and efficient, they are very professional, caring and responsive. Looking forward to next steps with Nucleus on the journey to PR. Thank you Jemma, Alicia and Tanya
