Paul did such a great quality job on fixing my boots! It was also affordable and quick turn around. Would definitely return for any other shoe repairs!

Horrible service. Went there for the first time with my brand new pair of shoes that had some heel damage. The man simply took the shoes without a word, and after 1-2 minutes gave them back to me looking almost worst than before. I mentioned to him that I couldn't wear the shoes like that and he simply shrugged and asked "why not?". There are a couple of customer service lessons here: - Please set expectations to your customers. If you know the outcome of the job won't be a great one, it's your job to explain it to the customer and let him/her decide if they want to go ahead with it. - If you see how disappointed the customer is, try to offer alternatives, say you will fix another pair at a discounted price/ free. At a minimum, apologise. - Empathy is key. There are different customers, with different expectations. I didn't expect the heels to look brand new, but when I saw the result and explained my disappointment, you really didn't seem to care or understand where I was coming from. - Care for quality. Asking me why I wouldn't wear my shoes they way they were makes me think you have a low bar for quality. As a shoe repairer, I really hope you are not walking around wearing shoes that look like mine do now. Not only you lost a potential customer for life, you are also missing out on all the people I was about to refer you to. Shame.

I came here to get my key cut, only to have to come back as it didn’t fit. The guy fixed it within an instant, however no apology for having to come to get it fix in the first place. Maybe it was my inability to put it in the lock.. however I won’t be coming back here :(.

What can i say about this man, i come from London and the standard of quality is second to none! Great friendly service and very efficient. I have taken around 20 different pairs of shoes (Yes I have a lot) and some he has taken apart and remade looking as good as the day i bought them over 25 years ago back home in London!

This is the only place I trust with my shoes. They do a fantastic job on replacing the soles and heals of my shoes and they use good materials. I have been to other shoe repair shops and they have used really ugly looking soles – sounds a bit picky I know, but hey I like my shoes! The only thing I would say is that they are a bit on the expensive side. It cost me 45 to put a rubber sole on a new pair of shoes, but they did a great job, so I would still go back.

I bought a pair of boots In to be repaired and when I picked them up and took them home home there was scratches on them which weren’t in the boot to begin with. The job was very messy and not as thery we’re when I bought them in, all they needed was the soul to be glued together and he’s pulled the whole shoe apart and it just doesn’t look like it was when I bought them in.Will never be using this shoe repair again.
