I visited this brand in the Rocks on my birthday and was super excited to find it in Neutral Bay. The menu is great, the staff were friendly. Just would've been perfect had I not heard them offer and next customer a rewards card (I mean, I went on and on about how much I love this business), and if when I unpacked my takeaway at home - I had been given even 1 napkin.
Great food and even better service. Don’t know the name of the guy who was on (store manager?) but from finding us a great seat to bringing water and sauce for the kids chips was probably the best service I’ve had all summer. Burgers are a good size and unlike grill’d the kids meals are big enough for kids over 3. Food was fresh and flavourful. Will be back!
I went there for the Beyond Meat burger and other vegan options. Great service and the burgers were amazing. They even gave us a sample of there mushroom fable which we had to ask if they had accidentally given us meat. If you’re a vegan I highly recommend and if you’re not then give the meatless range a try you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
I thought the place was awesome! The staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. The location is smack bang in the middle of neutral bay. The ribs are a must. Oreo milkshake was some seriously thick goodness. Food 10, Drinks 9, Service 9, Atmosphere 7, Location 8. I’ll be back soon!

Really disappointed with the quality of service and overall lack of responsibility. I ordered through Menulog and and then order was apparently “delivered” even though it didn’t get delivered to me. And I called the restaurant and Menulog, the restaurant wasn’t willing to take any responsibility for the conduct of their contractor. They blatantly told me once the order leaves the restaurant the risk passes onto the customer and they hung up on me. While we’re trying to support local businesses in these tough times, we’re left with no choice but to go for the multinationals because they do pull through. I’m really disappointed at your level of incompetency in dealing with this and urge anyone not to order from them because they simply don’t have your best interest at heart. What a mess. A real mess
