Renting out your home is never easy, particularly when, like us, you are living abroad, so to find a managing agent like Jacinta is a blessing! Nothing is ever too much trouble and she consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. Only recently she literally project managed getting our whole back fence replaced and garden redone around our pool area, as well as getting it certified, and the end result was amazing! The peace of mind of having someone like Jacinta manage your property is priceless - I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jacinta and her team came highly recommended to me and they proved their worth from the get go. When I was interviewing potential property managers, I was struck by the number who seemed to be treating the role as a stepping stone to sales, rather than a career in itself. None appeared to have the professionalism and career dedication that Jacinta proved to have. Whilst I was lucky to have a fantastic tenant, I had some outstanding issues with the company who undertook renovations at my property which resulted in an NCAT tribunal hearing. Jacinta went above and beyond to help me prepare for the hearing, giving me advice and the confidence to argue my case when I had been worn down by the process and was just about ready to give up. This resulted in a successful outcome for me and the work finally being completed to my satisfaction. The best experience I have ever had with real estate agents. The whole team at shore are helpful, friendly and professional, as a renter, it doesn't always feel that your listened too, but Shore always had our backs and nothing was ever to difficult. Will definitely deal with Shore in the future and if you are looking to rent, I definitely recommend looking at property managed by them.

Had a terrible experience with this agency. I rented with the agent named Jacinta as a first time tenant and at the end they made us pay for damage on the property we didn't do. They prepared the pre-condition report with about 50 things missing and then blamed us for the damage. Think twice before you let these agents look after your property because they don't treat their tenants kindly and you might end up at the tribunal.
Michael Chant of Shore Partners managed my leased property for 15 years and its sale in 2017. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone who wants a proactive and personal service with detailed knowledge of the Cremorne / Neutral Bay property market.
