Had a lovely experience with Misato, Claire, and beautiful Aneta. Thank you for being so patient with my daughter and teaching her using her Contact lenses. We went there 3 times in last 2 weeks, and they are always busy there. Misato gave my daughter a regular eye test and gave us clear instructions and options about what to do to. Claire helped my daughter get use to Contact lenses and was so patient and gentle. Aneta was so cheerful and patient too, we finally got my daughter put on the lenses by herself with all your help. A big thank you to you all lovely ladies and the whole team.

I went there to review my glasses prescription and get prescription for contacts and everything went great. Everyone was very nice and polite and the ophthalmologist was very professional and explained everything. Didn't give 5 stars because I had an appointment and still there was lots of waiting.

Bought Glasses and asked the staff to chuck in glass cleaner and they said 8. I told them that I bought 3 pairs from them and could they give me a complimentary bottle. Their reply was NO! Going to OPSM next time

Everyone's pleasant and professional, but the time Specsavers takes to deliver prescription glasses is really shameful in 2019. I was getting them within 24 hours a decade ago in the USA. But here it would seem they snail-mail the frames in bi-weekly job lots to a far distant factory, where the box is opened in slow motion, the lenses are created in slower motion, then returned (probably strapped to a crippled donkey) all the way up the Hume Highway to Sydney. 7-10 days! What century are they working in? No savings can make up for this glacial pace. Please get it together Specsavers. Businesses call it "fulfilment", and it's lacking with Specsavers.

The doctors and staff at Specsavers are amazing and the price is great too. I would definitely come back to this office for annual eye exams and my next pair of glasses.
