These girls are amazing! They are so friendly and they do an amazing job on my nails! My Nails last for so long and I love getting art work. She is amazing, she's a perfectionist and I always get compliments. I highly recommend this place!

1. Staff speaks poor English and it is difficult to tell them what you want, on top of that when you ask something they are extremely rude 2. Very poor job, bubbles in the nail polish, imperfections, I do a better job by myself!! 3. When you try to look at what they are doing they hold your finger tight and do not let it go and it hurts 4. Place is very dirty and sticky
Assumed USA nails would be the same quality in each suburb, unfortunately I was wrong Would not recommend as the polish on both my feet and hands has bubbles and it’s uneven The filing job is uneven and rough... It was not busy at the time that I went in there so there’s no excuse Will not be back Unhappy
It is more expensive than the other centers, 80 for mediocre and pedicure with shellac which I normally pay 70 and just they charge my friend pedicure for 50!!!!! Also with less services, no proper message and got stone. I never ever go back and not recommend at all.

The staff were rude and rushed. The lady painting my toe nails used her own nail to remove dead skin. Disgusting place. I will continue to do my own in future.
My friend visited USA Nails and Foot Spa on Tuesday 21-07-2020 for a brazilian wax. As soon as the wax was applied, my friend advised the staff member that the wax was far too hot and her skin immediately started blistering. The staff member apologised and gave her a 15 discount. She is fairly non-confrontational so she accepted this offer and went home. This morning, she took a photo to show the salon, who told her that she must have sensitive skin, and that they would not be taking responsibility. She also visited a doctor, who advised her that the burn was 3rd degree. This response to a serious issue is completely unacceptable and we will be taking the issue further. Do not visit this establishment for waxing.
