Wow!! Talk about service. I called up to see if they had a particluar spice in stock (which they didn't). I ended up receiving a call 30 minutes later to say they'd found some for me. I am SO GRATEFUL!! Thank you for the outstanding service and being so helpful with your other products when I arrived :)

Always a pleasure to go into this store. Staff are very pleasant and respectful. However I have discerned customers picking over the fresh veges and herbs which have put me off from purchasing them especially during Covid.

I used to shop before from this store. I left NB for a certeain time when I got back to NB today, one of product had a bad packaging and dropped on floor. Not pretty sure if its same old management or new but this new guy told me to pay for dropped product too. Would never go back to shop their again Its embrassing how he replied. They need to train their staff how to approach to customer.

The guy on the front literally scolded me for not putting the things in the right order when I was just looking at the expiry dates. He just raised his voice thereafter. Though I was a regular customer but never going back again.
