Neutral Grounds Jiu Jitsu is one of the only gyms that teaches both competition jiu jitsu and self defense jiu jitsu. The instructors are able to teach all levels of jiu jitsu from beginner to advanced. Neutral Grounds youth wrestling program has produced several CIF and league champions.
