Best advice is when you know you're going to the Roost, stop eating about a week before. That way you'll still have room for dessert. Mmmmm....the pork chops!
Highly recommend! Everything was cooked to perfection! Great atmosphere and the owner spoke with each guest about their food alongside small talk. Worth every penny!
Best dinner EVER! We celebrated our anniversary here, and we were not disappointed. And our waitress was just as fantastic!
What a pleasant surprise for my birthday! The food was incredible. I've never had a steak(s) this good even in my hometown of Kansas City. The filets were tender an cut like butter. All the food was perfectly seasoned. On top of the gteat food the owners and staff were very friendly and kind. Loved our experience and can't wait to come back! It is a jewel in the middle of the heartland.

Hands down the absolute best steak I've ever had. Good service. Good atmosphere. I've eaten at fine dining establishments all of the US...and none of them could beat this steak.
