I’m a young mom of twins and have been going here for a few months now! Every morning I park in amazingly close parking they provide, and come in to automatic doors (which saves my life) and a place to type in security codes. (LOVE the safety!!!!!) they greet me every morning / afternoon with such a friendly, positive attitude! My kids run to the teachers/ other staff to give them hugs! Which makes me feel even more comfortable ! They’re always their to talk to and help families in every way.

This place is amazing. They care so deeply for our children and have an open door. So welcoming. My favorite feature is being able to login and see my boy throughout the day on their cameras. Never had any issues with their staff, they are all super friendly. One of them even uses her own money to bring in puffs and hairbrushes to comb their hair. Such lovely people. I need to change jobs soon and it’s going to be heartbreaking leaving this place. I highly highly recommend them! It set the bar very high for our next daycare location.

My husband and I enrolled our 14 month old daughter here in August and had her unenrolled by November. While checking on her through the classroom cameras we found that she was always being secluded from the other children and kept in a highchair or at a table for the majority of the day. There was no communication from the staff to us as to why these measures were being taken. When I addressed the staff about my concerns I was told “she’s fussy around the other children”. I could not believe that the solution they thought to be most acceptable was to seclude her and keep her in a chair all day long. In addition to this, my daughter has allergies to eggs and milk. This center has very lazy with keeping up with what she could and could not eat and often would send her home with a daily sheet saying she ate things that she clearly shouldn’t have (Mac and cheese, French toast, etc.). She was also given someone else’s milk at lunch time and had to take Benadryl. I think that there are much more suitable centers with staff that communicates and cares for the children openly and honestly.

Over all the Daycare was a 4 star for sure. Very clean, neat and organized. The reason I did not give it a 5 star was because of the staff. I don’t care how neat and put together the daycare is and plus the fact you have cameras if the staff does not match the energy. It was a lot of UHH I DONT WANT TO BE HERE TODAY ATTITUDES! For the most part I watch my kids through out the day as much as I could and I hardly EVER see the teachers interact with them. Very concerning when it definitely came to my 5month old. They sit them in the bouncer or rolling on the floor or just in their cribs. Never have I seen them ONCE getting on floor interacting with them at all. Also every time I came in my daughters nose was running, I literally will watch the camera see someone move her from the floor to the bouncer and walk in 2min later and think seriously you couldn’t clean her nose before or after you moved her. So yes for the most part the STAFF is what I did not really care to much for I definitely did not want my girls around people that really did not want to even be at work let alone do their job. It made me uncomfortable for my girls to even be there. That was a no go for me, also to many young ladies. Pretty sure they didn’t have any patience from the looks of things on camera.

I recently used this facility for the first time and found the entire experience to be wonderful! The staff was exremely knowledge and friendly, specifically a woman named Katie. She was very thorough in explaining the all the ins and outs of what I could expect if I were to continue to use this center. She was undoubtly best asset of that facility and I will be utiliizing this center mainly due to her service.
