Good went in to question a payment. The lady explained the error. So I left. Good courtesy and greeting. Off the road kind of hard to see the bldg if you are paying attention. Can drive right by it.

The most wonderful, pain-free company I've ever dealt with. Dianne is amazing and she sets you up to move in as quick as possible. Friendly and right to the point, she immediately makes you feel at home, and doesn't drag you through a loop of difficulties like most rental companies. I will recommend her for years to come, she has been a blessing !

Seems like the previous negative comments about Diane Anderson, have been deleted, but I have screen shots of them! If you want your money deposited into your account later then the promised date agreed on, or someone who doesn't know how to respond back to your emails especially if your out of the country, or someone who doesn't do 6 months visits of your home to make sure the tenants are not destroying it, then Diane Anderson is the southern gal for you. If you want someone who works for their money and takes care of your home as if it were their own, then save yourself the headache and go with Krystal Palmer, at New Bern Rentals. Nothing but positive reviews on her:) And BTW, I have proof of ALL of the time Diane, has deposited rental payments later then the 10th as well. She sucks point blank and would had giving her 0 stars if I could.

I love Southeast property management. As a tenant i could not be happier. Definatly more stress free than other realty companies ive dealt with.

Let me say this I've rented from her since I was 21 she is a wonderful person to deal with very understanding and the one thing I like abouther she is very very very prompt when something major breaks friendly staff she mks life so easier she is the reason I have not brought a house yet cause I dont want the taxes nor the headache or repairs bottom line I love this company.
