Absolutely the best!! My mom has used Industrial Air for years for air conditioning service. They have always given the best service. She is 87 yrs old and they understand the needs of the elderly and give prompt attention. She is very happy with the friendly, courteous customer service. They came out late and we’re very efficient great customer service and quality work! I had cold air within in hour and he knew exactly what was wrong! Great pricing even with after hours service charge! I would definitely recommend this company
Our heater quit Friday night. It was after hours and we thought there was little hope of getting it fixed before Monday. We called Industrial Air anyway and got the emergency number and left our information. In just a few minutes we got a call back that said someone would be out. In less than 20 minutes a tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and said it was the motor. He had one in his truck, took out the old one, installed the new one, checked everything out and we had heat in an hour. In spite of the cold and late hour, Cody was cheerful, efficient and professional and we really appreciate both Cody and Industrial Air!!
When the compressor began to make a loud rattling noise at 10 p.m. I used the messenger to make contact. I didn't expect a response until morning, but within minutes they replied and offered to come right away. Thank you for caring about your customers.
