Rare.The ladies that work here work hard and they care a lot about their patients. They try to go above beynd whenever they can for the Er it patients care. For being a clinic for those that truly need the healthcare are cares for by the best doctors.Phlebotomist she just makes you smile with just her enthusiasm of just knowing she is there being part of something that is making a difference no matter how small it is. With little bit of sources they have, along with volunteers of specialists, & the ability to have better access to healthcare.

They are very nice and very to the point. Some people might take that as being rude but when you are a nonprofit organization you expect a certain maturity when coming into this establishment. If you were here it's because you need help and they are no nonsense. I have been taking very good care of and I am thankful for these people and what they do.

I am 31 years of age, dealing with multiple medical issues and over a decade of treatment I have seen many, many doctors who have no bedside manner or are just insulting to their patients. These are the best doctor's and nurses I have come across. They truly have wonderful hearts and treat you as a person, not some broken object. I hold the highest respect and regard for the staff at VIM.
