Fuel For the Furnace

New patient here. First time visit I felt was one of the best conversations with a doctor. She listened to what I had to say and I didn't feel rushed for a change. For now, this was a good experience with this provider.

I have opted into text messages as well as phone calls for this place. Just because my voicemail is full and you want to cancel my appointment, you should NOT continue to send me a text messages that my appointment is still on! I have had nothing but trouble getting appointments with this place. My husband said I should ask for the money when THEY cancel without 24 hours notice. My practicioner LINDA should be concerned that the scheduling office sends mixed messages.

Doctor in a Pandemic had his mask not only under his nose, but under his mouth. Seriously??? You are a healthcare provider requiring all patients to wear masks. Also saw 2 staff members with masks off.

Horrible. So upset with the office and doctors. It took 6 days to get my daughter’s covid test results. My doctor had the test result for DAYS! Never called. Covid-19 testing is clearly not a priority. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS!
