I did the curbside pickup one night. I confirmed to let them know i was outside. Waited and waited then i called, no answer. I decided to go inside only to find out that they dont come out to your car and that my food was inside the entire time and it was cold on top of that. They need to be more on top of their game.

Honestly, let me start off by saying I’ve worked in restaurants for years and I’m appalled by how the Manager on duty handled the situation. We order Buffalo wings and they came out completely raw. We told one of the servers and she said she’d get a manager. Our table was close to the back so we could hear the manager yelling at the server to go back and see what we want because she’s not going over there. The server came back over and asked if we wanted anything else and we said no. We didn’t even get an “I’m so sorry” or “is there anything we can do”. They gave us a free dessert but the fact that the manger never came to the table to apologize was absolutely beyond me. We used to love coming here because the server Ricky is awesome but we’ll never be back. The server did the best she could in the situation but the manager was totally out of line. If we ever served raw chicken at the restaurant I work at it would have been an entire meal comp and a very apologetic visit from the general manager. The manager needed to be better.

Takeout food was terrible my kids burgers were raw pink meat burgers! My brisket quesadillas are always terrible with the ultimate smokehouse the quesadillas had blobs of brisket fat that looked spongy just disgusting I was missing fries, my large strawberry drink had so much ice in it i barely had any strawberry lemonade to drink after a few sips gone. The food was definitely not worth what i paid!
Was told there was a 2 and a half hrs wait at 805pm. Mind you there was only 3 tables seated and the place closed at 9pm how could there be 2 and a half wait. With 50min left to close.. we wait 10mins for someone to tell us this lie as all the employees stood by the bar laughing.. rude.. now alot of people out of work at this time that would have loved to make a tip and a check.. rude and disappointed
Chili's bar and grill at this location has always been the spot to go to when you are hungry and want to have a great lunch or dinner with friends and family. The food is great, the ambience is very chill and laid back and the service is above and beyond.
