Whenever our furnace died, Cupe Mechanical made sure my tenants weren't left out in the cold! He worked hard to diagnose the problem, gave us the best and reasonable price, Dorsey is always easy to get in touch with and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. He is very informative and courteous He will never rip you off. No matter what, even if he is busy, he will make some time for you and will come and help you. He is very honest and would like to help everyone. I am scared if he will be too busy in the future because there are only few honest heating professionals in Connecticut. I have worked with several in the past. They don’t pick the phones after their service or wanted to rip you off. Everybody is working hard. Highly recommend this guy ! I am really thankful to find this guy, Great company, we will continue to use them in the future. He is the best!!!!

I cannot say enough about how lucky I feel to have found Cupe Mechanical HVAC. In the past two years, we hit a rough spot with our heater and then our A/C. Cupe Mechanical not only responds quickly, they are able to quickly identify the root cause, present options for me to decide what to do, get our heat and A/C up and running fast, and teach me along the way what to do to prevent issues from occurring in the future. Since we have been using Cupe Mechanical, we have been extremely satisfied. I also feel more knowledgeable about our home’s HVAC system. The staff makes me feel respected and never talked down to or dismissed as I have found with some other places. I highly recommend Cupe Mechanical.
