I've been getting treated awesomely at \Ooh Lala\ for a good 13 years, but First and foremost the professionalism and Classiness is one like no other! The venue is gorgeously decorated seasonally, Pristine and gives you such a comforting welcoming feeling. The Owner and Staff are always attentive and on their A GAME! Sandra the Owner gives genuine loving individual attention to each of her clients. One of my many favorite things about Sandra is that she honestly educates you on your hair, giving actual expectations, nothing better than a Hair Dresser who keeps it professionally real with you, why because she truly cares about her clients and making them happy. She's a hair dresser not a \magician\, but nonetheless she makes us all feel Glamorous and revived especially during all this Pandemic fatigue! All Staff are very clean, Courteous, No nonsense and following the CDC regulations by wearing a mask, regular hand washing, and the bathroom and common areas are always cleaned and disinfectant. Mind you she's always been clean even before the Pandemic! I've moved all over CT, And I don't care about the cost or how far the commute I refuse to let anyone else ever touch my hair. She gave life to this crown and if she recommends something, listen she knows what she's talking about! My hair ran through many hair dressers, but she is THE BEST! Mind you she is hair Eclectic, meaning she deals with ALL HAIR TYPES! Go down and give \OOH LALA\ a fair chance and you'll be just as impressed and satisfied!

Absolutely loved how my wash and blow dry came out today! The owner even gave me some tips on how to properly treat my hair while straight, also recommended a Keratin treatment which I will be looking forward to doing right before the summer. She even touched up my bang cut for me which came out exactly how I wanted and showed her, along with a nice little trim. I highly recommend this place by far best quality in every hair styling aspect needed! Look forward to a treatment and possibly hair coloring as well, at some point. Thank you for your great service today! Satisfied regular customer!

They did a great job social distancing. Everyone wore facial coverings. They did a nice job on my hair and the other women in there looked great. My favorite thing is they take time to make it professional, beautiful. They care about the client not talking on their cell phones or interacting more with each other instead of the client.
