Selection was minimal when I went. The worker wasn’t helpful, as she was watching Tik Tok’s as I entered the store, and before she checked me out. Be mindful that there’s a card fee if you’re using one (which is illegal to do in CT). I didn’t know until I had to pay. I will go somewhere else next time.

Good selection of products for children and adults. Diverse supply of products. I was able to meet the owner and she was knowledgeable and helpful.
Whoever was working there Saturday 13 February at 11:00 a.m. was very rude to my wife. She spent her time looking at her phone and not assisting the customer. We were in a hurry or we would have went somewhere else. But I could tell you we'll never go back there again.
Small shop but the lady was very helpful. Its also black owned. Went there on a day they werent fully stocked but hopefully they will restock soon.
Everything you need is here and inexpensive!!! I wish I would've found this sooner!! The owner is really pleasant and genuinely goes out her way to help you find what you need . Staff knows what they are doing and Its BLACK owned !!. I LOVE IT !! I've only been here once but I can tell you I stopped going to Hair City once I found a REAL Boss Supplier ( btw who does it all on her own) !! Unlike extended staff with attitude. Nice location to get a wig....found store on google went to store and was to find something I like. The lady that helped me was very nice and pleasant.
