Waste of time! I visited the SSA site today to make an attempt to replace my card. The site is set up to fail the user in getting a replacement card simply bc it requests verification info ( such as debit card, w2, etc) only to then tell you that very info cannot be verified. Well, if the system. cant verify my info then kindly, update the system so that the system will accept verifiable info. I knew this was way too easy only to find out its not as simply as i thought it wd be to get a repl card. Fix the system to make it easier to replace my card.

The supervisor is such a caring person. I had a meltdown because I wanted Xmas to be on time for my son. After speaking with her she made me feel so much better. Truly caring what was in my best interest. At that moment I surrendered to her decision. Thank you Supervisor Mrs.M for listening and caring. Your the best. All the reps are amazing
