Finally visited the new location, I love the new look! I live close to CCSU so the change wasn’t that far for me luckily. Ordered twice now from the new spot and it’s still the same delicious product️ Ordered a 6 wing meal for my dad and I and delicious, I got 2 wing flavors with mine and waffle fries and I swear they put some extra tenders in there wings is delicious, left me full and satisfied!

Delicious chicken tenders no matter what location I go to! And the best part the coating is not very heavy or heavily fried at all!
Delivered my food with my drink placed right on my food so I got cold food & a warm drink. Also my waffle fries looked like a bunch of scraps and crumbs of fries with maybe one or two actually waffle fries thrown in. This exact practice has been done twice now my drink was literally warm from my food.
The employees work hard here and do a great job please tip them well for their service ! My tenders are always cooked perfect. Thank you for curbside and great quality food!
Food may be good but customer service is EVERYTHING and tonight, I called wings 45 times (picture attached) and kept receiving a busy signal so I drove all the way there to see what was going on, it was open, I went inside and told the worker how the phone line was busy for a half an hour.. So she picks up the cordless phone and pushes a button and viola! magic, I was now able to call right in front of her, you know why? because they had the phone off the hook! Completely unprofessional to waste a customers time this way and not even give an apology!!

Ordered from here last night, and it was delicious! Got 3 different flavors of wings and waffle fries, everyone loved it. It's great how you can track your order from their website, this way you know when to be there!
Sad you move to new britain and have the audacity to say over newington... Then don't deliver to newington!!
