There’s one Indian lady that is very unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers and picking up UPS is the worst when it’s suppose to be easy. She makes you pick up your package out of a disorganized pile and takes other customers before you. I would suggest having UPS send your packages to a speedy, fair , and professional location. One time she was on the phone and had her 10 year old grand daughter dealing with the long line.
They have a new ups service and everything the lady who works there is the nicest person you guys should go

I've been a customers for a over 15 years. I go often to this store to buy items. For my suprise, I went to buy something today, and I've noticed a big change. It is under new management. I' ve met the new owner, she is very nice and friendly. She has remodeled completly the store, and has alot of supply You all should go and see for yourself how nice and pleasent she is
