Paul Francois wrote a ticket. There was no parking meter or No Parking sign where my car was parked but yet the ticket indicates Parking Exceeding Time Limit for an amount of 35.00. For what? One hour or less? Highway Robbery! Nice way to makeup for money after a shutdown and during a pandemic. NBPA is the reason why businesses in this area will suffer due to customers not willing to support local businesses in this town. Deserves zero stars!

THEY MAKE YOU PAY TWICE! Signed up for a monthly parking pass in person (very nice gentleman, all COVID caution precautions taken). I thought I was signing up for autopay by providing my cc number and because I was given instructions to notify them by mid-month to get a prorated fee whenever I no longer needed parking. I found out later that I was not actually signed up for autopay when my card stopped working and I had to pay for parking through the garage's ticket system while my online NBPA account was being processed (not automatic). However, the office refuses to refund/discount/prorate for the time that I pulled tickets and is essence forcing me to pay for the entire month AND the amount I paid when I used the garage's ticket system. Everyone I spoke to was polite and lovely, but the policy is ridiculous and should be changed. I would also highly recommend that the instructions be made clear (verbally) about next steps for future payments b/c the written instructions are not clear when you go to the office.

Parking Enforcement Officer Paul Francois wrote me a ticket for "Alternate Side Parking", in other words parking on the side of the street the city "cleans" once a week. I walked out shortly after he wrote the ticket and offered to move my car but he refused, asking "is the ticket on your car?" For a first time offense he could have voided it and taught me a lesson but nope, lazy and rude instead.

Great service! I messaged them on twitter for approving my parking permit which was pending since 2-3 days as my permit had expired. They approved it immediately. Thank you!

I received a parking ticket during the alternate parking days on Friday June 12th. When I asked when alternate parking would begin, I was told not currently during the covid-19 quarantine. I asked the employee who had just written the ticket why I received one. As I approached his vehicle he held his hand and in a Shooing away motion told me to stop and move away from his vehicle. He said I needed a mask. I wondered why he wasn’t wearing a mask. Perhaps his slouched down disrespectful attitude was all the answer I needed. He said they had put notices on all the cars. I informed him that that practice ended years ago and that how funny that all the cars on somerset street didn’t get a notice. Broken coping machine? Out of paper? He informed me that I should have looked at the website and I would have seen that alternate parking resumed on June 8th. I told him it would be difficult to find anyone reading their website and management should have made an email blast to inform city residents. But, that would have required a higher level of intelligence sorely missing from the Parking Authority.

Jordan is the GOAT. I had issues registering my vehicle only so I called the office and he took care of the everything for me.

I had the worse experience at the Wellness Plaza Garage today. I went to get the passport for my 5 month old baby. Of course I was with my baby and my husband. On the way out we tried to pay for the parking ticket in the lobby and the machines weren't working. They only accepted cash. So, we had to go one floor down to get money from the ATM machine. Guess what! ATM machine was down. Horrible experience. We finally obtained some cash and paid for parking. To make it even worse, on our way out we stayed in a lot of traffic trying to get out of the parking deck. By the time we were by the main entrance of the parking deck 35 minutes had already passed. So, the cashier treated us very rude and asked us where we were coming from. We told him that we were coming from the passport office. He did not believe us and asked us for the receipt of parking payment. Apparently we stayed inside the garage longer than expected after paying for the parking ticket. My husband was very mad because it wasn't our fault that the traffic inside the garage was horrible. We told the cashier we had a 5 month old baby. He did not care. He kept us longer and didn't let us leave. What kind of people work at your premises? I don't recommend this parking deck to anybody. I will write a formal complaint to New Brunswick Parking Authority.
