From the receptionist to the nurses who call you back to the doctors...these people are the best around. They listen and they treat you like a human and not a number. I can honestly say these guys are the best mental health providers around... Jonathan Fellion is brilliant and goes above and beyond. Been through years of bad local psych care, but by the grace of God I finally found all the right people and they were here all along! Thank you!

I have been trying to get a PA for a medication for almost 3 weeks now. My insurance changed and they just need a new number. I initially called about 10 days before my refill was due thinking this would be plenty of time. I did talk to someone who assured me they would “work on it” and have not heard anything since. I have called 4 times for updates and my pharmacy has also tried contacting them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe my calls have not been returned because there was an issue with the insurance. There was not. They told me they never received anything from the doctor. I again called and left a message detailing what my insurance requires and that I have a direct number available for them to call should they need assistance. My medication ran out *TEN* days ago. I am at a very critical time right now as I am going through interviews for residencies and could not be more frustrated with this practice.

Psychairtist Jonathan Fellion began helping me at the Veteran's Affairs hospital and has continued to help me throughout. I have never found a more honest and easy to understand non judgmental Psychairtist in all my life. He is well worth seeing.
