I have been trying to get a home at new columbia, there is a man that works there whom for reasons I have not figured out dont like my family.Im trying to get in to give my disabled grandson a better life and hopefully a good education and we just kept on getting road blocked then we get what we needed to get approved and something would happen to stop us,my dr was promised we had. The apt,a 4 bdrm,and we get called in,I'm told if my grandsons mother is my daughter whom lives with me we get denied,I don't know why he even ask us,he had my grandson birth certificate that states whom his mom is..not the aunt that was 9 yr old when he was conceived lol..it took help from a attorney but we have been promised the next 4 bedroom apt...I just pray we actully get it.been promised ,promised dont mean they do what is right.
Came to put in a work order because for some reason the online system is not working so i left woek early to get to the office before 6 and i get here at 5:10pm and i aee managment smashing out of the parking lot closed sign on front door and office hours are posted and states they close at 6 on fridays this is not true seems like they go home when they want to this is the 3rd time i have tried to catch the office before they close at 6pm smh
They never pick up the phone & horrible service.
Rude customer service. Very irresponsible with returning phone calls and handling paperwork.
