Very disappointed in our DOT... The picture is what my yard and driveway looks like because they will not come and fix the problem. We stopped at their office and they did not take our name or number just simply told us that they were \too busy.\ We already tried to alleviate the problem on our dollar by putting a pipe in and even tried hand digging a ditch across the road but since the problem still exists on their end the water coming from the roadway washes all the gravel and dirt from the road into my yard and pipe making the pipe clogged and the picture is the result. Now I will have bigger problems because not only will my yard be messed up but it's washing out my sidewalk and killing my plants. Just very disappointed that state doesn't take a little more pride in their roads and residents nor take the time to help them!!! Not to mention I pay my taxes so I should be able to get some kind of help
