This is a fraud company. I paid Rs.50,000 for a laptop lenovo S340 ryzen 5 on Aug 24th'2020. I was told by store manager (Mr. Dinesh) that configuration included Windows 10 and MS office 2019 for lifetime along with 1TB HDD and 256 GB SSD. However, when I asked for configuration to be mentioned on the invoice, I was refused. The company is installing pirated software in laptops and thus not mentioning full details on invoice. I had to call police to get my money back.

Ok the Laptop i brought is not working like i should and i am having this terrible issue after spending this much money! it's totally not worth it tbh. see what i wanted is a laptop that works fine, not even amazing, i was ok with just fine. but no! i am so disappointed with the services
