Liarrrrrrrrrrr..... scamster........... and what not..... Never ever visit him for any purpose. His promises are fake. He Never stands by his words. I asked if he could help me prepare the birth certificate for my passport. He pretended as if he knows everyone in the SDM OFFICE and will get that done very easily and gave me assurance that if he does not succeed then he will return my 2500 rupees immediately after one attempt. He took all money in advance and never bother to give me a receipt and started saying he is not gonna run away with my money as he has hi house and office there in govindpuri. After that he stopped picking up my calls and then I had to go to his office to see him and once he is cought in his office then he asks for some more documents(so confidently as if this missing document is what SDM office needed ) so that he can be free for atleast next couple of months. Once I arrange the documents then he says he will submit the same and will surely contact me post submiting the docs. But he never used to call me. I had to chase him again n again. and after sometime, I had to always go to his house to meet him. And you won't believe but this chain continued for 2.5 Years. Finally when I asked him to return my money. he simply said he spent the amount in stamp and other disbursement charges and therefore he will not return the money and he just returned my all documents back. So basically he wasted my 2.5 years and ate 2500 rupees with no guilt in his eyes.
