PLEASE CHECK THE CONDITION OF AIR CONDITIONER AND ALWAYS NOTE DOWN HOW MUCH ELECTRICITY UNITS YOU CONSUME The condition of this pg is average. I’ve lived here for three months. Owner is also crook, she charges more than rs10/unit for electricity bill and also charges more units than one uses in actual place. It happened with me and when i started noting than she tells that she will clarify with care taker of pg. When i vacated she took 2500 rs extra from me and my roommate stating that we leaked gas of her air conditioner which was already in poor state when we started staying there.
