Good customer service and bike maintenance/performance were too good. I felt the price was too high for local travel. Km limit was set to 400 but didn't travelled more than 100. Terms and conditions for local riders can be adjusted. Helmets quality was not so great. Best bikes in delhi for long drives.

Honest and professional team. Hired 16 bikes for our corporate ladakh motorbike tour in June 2019. They have been very swift and cooperative before booking and even after picking up the bikes. Got 15% discount as booked in bulk. They also provided guide, mechanic and backup vehicle at extra charges. We opted for our own accommodation! Except few running repairs, all the bikes performed very well which resulted in a memorable and fruitful trip. Deposit was refunded on-spot without any hassle. I hired Royal Enfield Himalayan for 3 days on 16th Jan 2021.....the condition of bike is good...there is no problem in the bike even in hill stations. However if they work on their timing of pic up and drop it would be helpful as if some one plans to early morning ride and late night drop it would be useful. A reliable bike renting firm in Delhi.

This was a second time I rented a bike from Stonehead overall experience was very good, staff were excellent, very supportive and helpful. but this time I was lucky enough, I rented KTM duke 200 which breakdown twice first in Alipur and second time near delhi border and that to already informed to stonehead team that our trip was long which is approx 1500km round trip to Spiti, Kaza. After the discussion with team, at the same time team was kind enough to provide me replacement upgraded bike. very thankfull to the team to let my trip continue, my entire rider were very hopeless to face this situation when our trip was fully planned. Suggestion to entire team to check entire bike before giving any bike on rental, small mistake or ignorance can spoil anyone trip.
