Had gone to this dental clinic for my wife. She essentially needed a tooth to be capped and crowned. For that a post had to be fixed also. The dentist explained the procedure and said that his crown would last for years and gave a guarantee that he would be responsible should it break. Costs were slightly high but we decided to go ahead.....clinic looked nice and impressive. After completing the root canal, my wife felt that this dentist was working on the tooth adjacent to the tooth which had a problem. Turned out that without taking permission or even having explained to us that his approach to putting a post involved shaving off a large bit of a perfectly good tooth to create space for the post. Now, not only did he ruin a perfectly good tooth but his crown and post gave way within a few days...came loose in her mouth and we went back to him and handed over the looses pieces. He fixed it and again within a few months it was out again and needless to say my wife refused to go back. We later got an X Ray of the tooth done and the dentist showed us that the root canal itself had not been closed properly. I was surprised to see 5 star ratings be has managed for himself and felt that an honest recount of his expertise or rather complete lack of it is due.
